For our partner, a company active in the digital services and solutions sector based in the lower part of the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for an

Accounting Assistant at 60% (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• Taking charge of current accounting and entry of transactions
• Processing supplier invoices (checking, coding and entry)
• Monitoring and management of customer reminders
• Filing and archiving of accounting documents
• Close collaboration with the accounting manager in charge of general accounting
• Administrative support related to daily accounting tasks

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee
• Experience in a fiduciary environment or in accounting indispensable
• Autonomous, rigorous and organized person in their work
• Fluent French, English level B1
• Comfortable with IT tools and accounting software
• Available at 60%, over 3 full days or in half-days, to be defined
