In a lively, multi-occupant, and constantly evolving environment, Reflex Services ensures the proper functioning of the site and the quality of services offered to its users. In order to strengthen its team currently composed of two employees, we are today looking for a Facility Manager ---------------- ### A field role at the heart of Espace Tourbillon ### Your responsibilities Present on the ground daily, you ensure the proper functioning of the buildings and common areas as well as the general quality of the site. As the preferred interlocutor for occupants and service providers, you handle their requests, identify maintenance or repair needs, and coordinate the necessary interventions. You ensure the monitoring of maintenance services, control the quality of work performed, and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and contractual commitments. You also follow up on claims, condition reports, and certain administrative tasks related to operations, notably the control of quotes and invoices. In close link with the Director and the Property Manager, you contribute to constantly improving the quality, functionality, and attractiveness of the site, in a logic of sustainable and socially responsible operation. ### Your profile A field person, autonomous and solution-oriented, you appreciate lively environments where it is necessary to manage priorities, coordinate different interlocutors, and move things forward concretely. Reliable and pragmatic, you possess a true sense of service and are sensitive to the issues of sustainability and social responsibility linked to the operation of a site. Comfortable with administrative tasks, you know how to follow several files simultaneously and rigorously control an intervention, a quote, or an invoice. Holder of a CFC obtained in Switzerland in a technical building or real estate profession, you have ideally followed complementary training in Facility Management or real estate operation. Your professional career in Geneva or in the Lemanic arc has allowed you to develop a good knowledge of building trades and solid experience in monitoring service providers.
