Mandate Manager 80-100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage a client portfolio composed of SMEs, sole traders and national or international companies
• Ensure complete bookkeeping up to the annual closings
• Prepare and control VAT returns as well as tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Ensure compliance with current legal, accounting and tax obligations
• Advise clients on accounting, tax and financial aspects related to their activity
• Identify client needs and propose solutions adapted to their situation
• Actively participate in the development and loyalty of the clientele

Profile

• Training in accounting, finance or equivalent field; the Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting is a real asset
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in the autonomous management of mandates in a fiduciary
• Very good mastery of Swiss accounting and tax standards as well as VAT
• Excellent analytical skills, sense of organization and autonomy in work
• Sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for client consulting
