Your new tasks

• Participation in the sales phase: contractual and financial aspects
• Verification and opening of new projects in internal tools
• Active management of opportunities and risks with the Project Manager
• Co-responsibility for Contract and Claim Management (external negotiations, claims, Change-Orders, correspondence, SIA 118 standards)
• Business financing: preparation of financial situations, issuing invoices, and payment monitoring
• Guarantees FRG/accounting compliance and data quality in the tools
• Organization and facilitation of project review meetings
• Financial and KPI analyses in collaboration with the PM
• Preparation of specific reports and presentation to management
• Competence in project closure

Your talents and your experience

• Holder of a university degree in management, commerce, or an equivalent training
• Solid experience in managing complex commercial projects is required
• Mastery of project management tools as well as common digital tools
• In-depth knowledge in business development and commercial strategies is indispensable
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and demonstrated team spirit
• Perfect mastery of French and good knowledge of English
• German would be a serious asset
• Open mind towards new technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI).
