CFO - 70 to 100 % - CDI - Delémont

We are supporting a Swiss organization of approximately 400 employees, active in the personal services sector and based in the canton of Jura, in the recruitment of its future CFO at 70-100 %.

In a context of organizational evolution and modernization of financial tools, you will join the executive committee and play a central role in financial steering and change management.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

-Define and implement the financial strategy in collaboration with general management;
-Supervise and support the financial and administrative teams;
-Steer budgets, financial forecasts, and performance indicators;
-Develop reporting tools and dashboards intended for management;
-Support the digitalization of financial processes and the evolution of information systems;
-Supervise management control, cost accounting, and the internal control system;
-Ensure the reliability of financial data and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes;
-Participate in strategic projects and the organization's investments;
-Collaborate closely with the operational managers of the different sites;
-Represent the finance function to institutional partners and support management in its exchanges with various stakeholders.

Profile sought:

-You hold a higher education degree in finance, economics, accounting, or an equivalent qualification;
-You have proven experience in financial management or in a function with similar responsibilities;
You have already participated in transformation projects, particularly regarding the digitalization of financial processes;
-You possess solid skills in budget management, management control, and financial steering;
-You have experience in management and know how to support your employees in their development;
-You are able to combine strategic vision with an understanding of operational issues;
-You possess excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and a real ability to unite;
-You are comfortable in an environment involving institutional partners and regional issues;
-Experience in a foundation, a parapublic structure, or the health sector is an asset;
-A good knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss economic and institutional fabric is appreciated.
