The thermal leisure complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a mayens wellness village with saunas and Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness center and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

Your profile:

• Similar experience in the hotel sector required
• Perfect command of French
• Good knowledge of English and German is an asset
• Ease with IT tools and knowledge of the Fidelio Suite 8 system
• Taste and facility for contact with customers
• Excellent presentation
• Sense of organization, autonomy and flexibility
• Working evenings and weekends does not bother you

Your tasks:

• Welcome and orientation of customers, check-in, check-out
• Management of the telephone switchboard and the hotel email inbox
• Management of hotel and Spa reservations
• Monitoring of the establishment's quality standards
• Invoicing, sending out debtors
