Following a restructuring in the housekeeping sector of EMS Les Cerisiers, versatility is now in place in all sectors (maintenance of common areas, rooms, cafeteria service, and the laundry). We are looking for the person to complete this dynamic team. About our institution Located in Payerne, our EMS welcomes 44 long-stay residents in a calm and familial environment. We support elderly people in geriatric and complex geriatric situations. A development project is underway, with a future building planned for 2028. Your missions * Daily, monthly and annual maintenance of rooms, circulation spaces and common living areas in compliance with hygiene and safety procedures * Maintenance of administrative offices * Versatility in maintenance and cleaning activities in the various hotel sectors: cleaning, cafeteria, laundry, etc. * Participate in breakfast service and resident meals * Participate in training * Participate in various colloquia * Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Profile sought * At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and cleaning, ideally in a medico-social or community environment * Mastery of MS Office tools (Carefolio, an asset) * Excellent mastery of French, oral and written (minimum level B1) * Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team * Schedule flexibility: availability for continuous, split, weekends and public holidays * Interpersonal ease, emotional control and ease of interacting with fragile or struggling people * Neat presentation, smiling and dynamic attitude, courtesy and sense of contact * Acute sense of hygiene and cleanliness * Versatility and open-mindedness We offer you * Training * A benevolent and listening environment * Conditions in accordance with the CCT-SAN Vaud Start date 1st November or to be agreed Applications We thank you for sending us your complete file (CV, cover letter, diplomas and work certificates) only via JobUp.
