Versatile Concierge 100% (M/F)

Octopus 1987 Services Sàrl is looking for a versatile real estate concierge to strengthen its team in the Jura.

Octopus operates in the operational management, maintenance, and enhancement of residential, commercial, and hotel buildings. The position combines real estate concierge duties, technical maintenance, and small renovation tasks.

Your main missions

You ensure the smooth functioning and good general condition of the various buildings entrusted to Octopus, notably:

routine maintenance of buildings, apartments, commercial premises, and hotel accommodations;
regular inspection of buildings and reporting of observed problems;
small repairs and technical interventions;
painting work and restoration of walls;
installation, repair, and maintenance of parquet, laminate, and baseboards;
small carpentry tasks: doors, furniture, shelves, adjustments, and finishes;
small locksmith tasks: handles, cylinders, locks, and door adjustments;
assembly and disassembly of furniture;
replacement of seals, small sanitary repairs, and simple unblocking;
maintenance of common areas, cellars, technical rooms, and outdoor spaces;
preparation of apartments before the arrival of tenants or clients;
restoration of accommodation after a departure;
aid with moving, clearing out, and evacuation of furniture;
timely coordination with artisans and specialized companies;
taking photos and producing reports after interventions;
tracking of material, tools, and products necessary for the work.
Hotel part

As part of the activities of Stay.Swiss Boutique Hotel, you may also intervene to:

inspect accommodation before the arrival of clients;
check furniture, equipment, and installations;
quickly resolve small technical problems;
perform restorations between two rentals;
install or replace certain equipment;
contribute to the good general presentation of the accommodation.
Profile sought

We are looking for a person:

manual, versatile, and careful;
autonomous in organizing their work;
capable of identifying a problem and proposing an adapted solution;
possessing practical knowledge in painting, parquet, carpentry, locksmithing, or technical maintenance;
respectful of the accommodation, equipment, and clients;
punctual, reliable, and organized;
at ease with private clients, tenants, and owners;
capable of providing a clear report of the work carried out;
ideally possessing experience in concierge services, real estate maintenance, building, or renovation;
holder of a driver's license.

Training in a building trade is appreciated, but versatility, practical experience, and the ability to work cleanly are the main criteria.

Nature of the position

This position is suitable for a person who enjoys varied days and concrete interventions. The missions can range from a simple accommodation inspection to several days of restoring an apartment.

Interventions are mainly carried out in Porrentruy and in the canton of Jura, with some occasional travel depending on the sites and properties managed by the company.
