Production Sector Manager (M/F)

Your mission

For our client, we are looking for a Sector Manager responsible for driving production activities, managing teams, and optimizing industrial performance. Your tasks - Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 15 to 20 employees. - Organize activities and allocate resources according to objectives. - Guarantee quality, volumes, costs, and deadlines. - Optimize processes and support continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with procedures and safety rules.

Your profile

• Engineering degree HES, EPF or equivalent. - Proven experience in production management. - Mastery of common IT tools.
