Assistant Accountant (f/m/d)
Exciting tasks
Carrying out SCI controls
Management of customer reminders, accounts receivable follow-up and litigation
Management and accounting of cash registers
Reconciliation of bank transactions
Management of the database for articles, creditors and debtors
Participation in periodic accounting closing work
Entry of overhead invoices
Training of new employees on the cash register management and internal control system
First-level technical support (hardware) on the various company sites
Management of telephone calls
Accounting and reconciliation of banks and BVR receipts
Preparation and execution of supplier and debtor payments
Various administrative tasks (mail, filing, taking minutes, etc...).
The sought profile
CFC as a commercial employee, professional maturity or training deemed equivalent
Confirmed professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar function
Solid knowledge of general accounting
Experience in an administrative environment related to retail, distribution or the industrial sector, an asset
French native speaker or good writing skills
Mastery of a merchandise accounting ERP is imperative
Mastery of a standard financial accounting program is imperative, Infoniqa a plus
Mastery of standard IT tools MS Office
Dynamic, rigorous person with a sense of organization and priorities
Flexibility, versatility and good ability to adapt
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
