About the role ##

For one of our clients, an independent and recognized professional pension foundation based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Sales Representative on a CDI basis at an activity rate of 80% to 100%.

In this key role, you will ensure the management of relationships with partners and brokers in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the technical analysis of LPP plans, and the development of tailor-made pension offers, within a consultative sales environment without prospecting.

Tasks ##

Global responsibility for the development of LPP offers, advising brokers, and the administrative follow-up of affiliation files.

• Manage a portfolio of partners and brokers in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland
• Establish and verify the consistency of LPP offers for active insured persons
• Develop annuity takeover offers with the certified expert
• Advise partners and propose suitable solutions
• Ensure administrative and contractual follow-up until affiliation
• Update and manage the partner broker database
• Support the creation of presentations and participate in events

We are looking for ##

• Specialized training in LPP
• Good knowledge of LPP regulations and offer development
• Proficiency in the Office Suite
• Perfect command of French
• Good command of German (B2/C1 level)
