Your mission

As a BYD Sales Administration Assistant, you perform all the administrative steps related to the sale of a vehicle.

Your responsibilities

• Verify the details entered by the salespeople
• Enter vehicles into the stock
• Perform the invoicing of new vehicles
• Manage registrations
• Manage leasing files and insurance certificates
• Organize deliveries and planning with the salesperson, the workshop and the client
• Follow up on deliveries and files in collaboration with the Brand Manager
• Manage sales advertisements
• Perform requests for fleet rebates and bonuses
• Control the stock and demonstrations in collaboration with the Brand Manager

Your profile

• You benefit from successful experience of at least 2 years in an administrative department within a garage, after your apprenticeship
• You benefit from similar and successful experience within an automotive dealership/garage
• You have commercial and administrative training (CFC or equivalent)
• You perfectly master the French language, German or English, a strong asset
• You are comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks
• You are extremely rigorous in administrative management
• You are organized, motivated, flexible, upright and loyal
