With more than 50 years of experience, it operates mainly in Suisse romande in the fields of thermal, refrigeration, and acoustic insulation, as well as the lagging of technical installations and industrial networks. The company also develops passive fire protection solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. Present in Vaulruz, Delémont and Sion, ISSA SA puts its expertise at the service of projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency, safety and comfort of buildings. It is part of the ROTH Group, a recognized player in the insulation techniques and fire protection sector.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects in Suisse romande.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects autonomously
• Control costs, deadlines and quality
• Supervise and coordinate installation personnel
• Guarantee occupational safety on construction sites
• Participate in the preparation of offers
• Ensure direct follow-up with clients and acquire new mandates

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a works supervisor, team leader or project manager, preferably in the field of technical insulation or building technology
• Complementary commercial training, an asset
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, project management software, etc.)
• Sense of organization, responsibility and team spirit
• Communicative and reliable personality
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in team leadership
