Mold Technician – Quality, control and assembly

Your role consists of ensuring the control, finishing and assembly of molds, while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and defined standards. Your main responsibilities: * Control and measure parts and molds using the coordinate measuring machine (CMM). * Verify conformity according to company standards, norms and quality criteria. * Implement and ensure the follow-up of quality control processes and procedures. * Identify, analyze and contribute to the resolution of deviations and quality problems. * Perform the tests and evaluations necessary for the proper functioning of the molds. * Perform the mounting, assembly, adjustment and finishing of molds and their components. * Participate in planning, manufacturing scheduling and continuous improvement. Your profile: rigor, autonomy and team spirit. To succeed in this function, you are a person: * CFC in polymechanic or training deemed equivalent * Rigorous and methodical, with a strong sense of responsibility. * Experienced in precision control and measurement, ideally on CMM (Zeiss an asset). * Possessing an analytical mind, capable of understanding and solving complex technical problems. * Dynamic and proactive, comfortable in collaboration with different interlocutors (English an asset). * Capable of working independently while enjoying teamwork.
