Deputy to the Head of the "Tariffs, Conventions and Billing" Department

To strengthen its Tariffs, Conventions and Billing department, HFR is looking for a Deputy to the Head of the "Tariffs, Conventions and Billing" department.

Your mission
In close collaboration with the head of the department, you play a key role in steering the billing and tariff activities of HFR. You actively contribute to their evolution and support a team of approximately 20 employees. In this capacity, you:

• guarantee complete, reliable, and timely billing, in compliance with legal provisions and current conventions;
• ensure the operational management and support of a team of approximately 20 people, promoting skill development and empowerment;
• analyze, optimize, and evolve billing processes and procedures in a logic of efficiency and quality;
• actively participate in the implementation of the new outpatient system, its development, and its monitoring;
• ensure the monitoring of tariff conventions and ensure their proper application;
• participate in tariff negotiations with Swiss and foreign insurers;
• process and coordinate requests within the field, in collaboration with patients, partners, as well as various internal and external interlocutors;
• provide, when necessary, operational support to the billing team.

Your profile
You have solid experience in the field of hospital billing and wish to put your expertise at the service of a role combining operational responsibilities, team management, and strategic issues. You benefit from:

• a HES Bachelor's degree, a federal diploma in social insurance, or training and experience deemed equivalent;
• confirmed experience in hospital billing; specific training in the hospital field is an asset;
• good knowledge of hospital financing, social and private insurance (LAMal, LAA, LCA) as well as the main national tariff structures (SwissDRG, ST Reha, TARDOC and outpatient packages);
• good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit;
• good mastery of IT tools and data analysis;
• mastery of French with good knowledge of German, or vice versa.
