Technical Sales Manager (M/F) – 100 %

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (M/F) – 100 %:

Main missions

• Technical expertise & projects: Analyze the feasibility of specifications (materials, tolerances, processes), build technical-commercial offers, and support projects through to industrialization.
• Business development: Advise and retain the client portfolio, conduct key visits and negotiations, and identify new market opportunities.
• Sales Administration Management: Supervise the Sales / Sales Administration team on a daily basis (priorities, orders, deadlines) and develop their skills on complex files.
• Internal interface: Streamline communication between Sales, Production, Quality, and Scheduling, while contributing to continuous improvement.

Profile sought

• Education: Higher technical degree (HES/EPF Engineer, ES/HF Technician, or Bachelor) in mechanics, materials, microtechnology, or metallurgy.
• Experience: Proven track record in an industrial environment (precision machining, metallurgy, or microtechnology is a major asset). Experience in team management or coordination is desired.
• Skills: Strong technical sensitivity combined with a keen sense of negotiation and customer relations.
• Languages & tools: Fluent French, good level of English (German is an asset). Proficiency in an ERP and Excel.
