In order to ensure the consistency of our product quality and guarantee compliance with food safety standards, we are looking for immediately or by agreement: a/an quality assurance manager at 80%

Your main tasks:

• Manage and maintain the quality assurance of our three sites
• Maintenance of certifications (AOP, Bio, FSSC)
• Administrative follow-up of quality assurance measures
• Monitoring of product quality and food safety
• Maintain and guarantee the hygiene and functioning of the FSSC 22000 and HACCP quality system
• Maintain standards within production and operations
• Follow-up of complaints and quality non-conformities on products
• Creation of product labels and creation of barcodes
• Control and validation of product sheets and product labels
• Follow-up and management of packaging stock (cartons, sachets, labels, etc)
• Taking and monitoring microbial analyses (in collaboration with a laboratory)

Your profile:

• CFC in food trade or training in the food industry
• Having successful QA experience of at least 2 years in the agri-food industry is an asset
• Good knowledge of food safety audits
• Good knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP standards
• Knowledge of legislation relating to labeling
• French native language
• Good knowledge of German and English (oral and written) is an asset
• Mastery of MS Office IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Espera, GoLabel and QLabel software is an asset
• Mastery of usual quality tools
• Interest in quality
• Flexible, available, autonomous, with ability to lead and persuasive
• Sense of organization and responsibility
• Holder of a driver's license
• Resident in Nord Vaudois is an asset
