What you accomplish ###

• Management of the most critical and strategic packaging Purchasing category of ELSA Group
• Active participation in the definition and implementation of Purchasing strategies by commodity group in collaboration with MIGROS Industrie, ensuring the consideration of the organization's priorities and constraints
• Proactive management of Purchasing risks and implementation of adequate measures to secure and diversify the supplier portfolio
• Evaluation and management of supplier performance as a whole, in collaboration with the stakeholders involved (Quality, R&D, Logistics etc.)
• Preparation of calls for tender with the aim of optimizing the company's total costs
• Representation of the Purchasing function within the framework of product development projects: responsibility for the implementation and compliance of the Purchasing process from the definition of the functional need to contracting
• Continuous improvement of the Purchasing process with the aim of optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO), supplier quality and compliance with delivery times

What you bring ###

• Education: École supérieure
• Specialization: in the technical or commercial field with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of the Packaging world and its specificities is a real asset
• Interpersonal skills, very good communication and teamwork skills
• Initiative, leadership, sense of responsibility and organization
• Keen sense of priority and urgency management
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S4 a plus)
• French (B1)
