Our client, a recognized player in the luxury watch industry located in the heart of the Neuchâtel mountains, has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future employees.

As part of the reinforcement of its teams and in order to meet a long-term temporary need, we are currently looking for a: Automated machine operator in 3x8 shifts

You will join a company recognized for its watchmaking expertise, its managerial proximity, and the quality of its achievements. The working hours offer you a position of 4 working days per week (80%) when you are on 2x8 shifts and 100% during night shifts.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuous supply and proper functioning of the automated production lines.
• Supervise the different stages of automated control (air control, bottom blocking, and other technical operations).
• Interact with the production equipment using dedicated computer interfaces.
• Identify, process, and validate non-conformities detected by the control systems.
• Perform first-level interventions in case of malfunction or jamming in order to guarantee production continuity.
• Carry out cleaning and preventive maintenance operations on the equipment.
• Actively participate in optimizing line performance and the continuous improvement of processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.

Automated machine operator

Your profile:

• CFC as an automated line operator (a strong asset).
• Minimum of one year of experience in managing and monitoring automated production lines or CNC machines.
• Good command of industrial IT tools.
• Experience in watchmaking or microtechnology (an asset).
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
• Ability to analyze situations and propose concrete solutions.
• Residence in Switzerland mandatory.
• Open to 3x8 shifts.
• Must have a vehicle.
