What awaits you? ##

• Development and monitoring of customers in basic services: identification of customer needs and proposal of adapted solutions regarding current management, savings, means of payment, investments and basic pension planning
• Development of the client portfolio: acquisition of new clients, development and monitoring of the existing portfolio, while actively contributing to market prospecting actions
• Collaboration and teamwork: identification of specific needs and orientation of clients towards specialized advisors, while promoting effective collaboration within the team
• Commitment in a responsible environment: evolution within a cooperative bank with strong values, by actively contributing to a sustainable and responsible approach, giving meaning to professional activity

What do you bring? ##

• Completed banking training or an equivalent level in another field of finance
• Proven experience in consulting and/or sales (banking experience is a plus)
• Ease in exchanges, with a developed sense of listening, understanding and adaptation
• An enthusiasm to advise, serve and convince, while adopting a positive attitude and a friendly behavior
• A strong desire to learn, develop continuously and achieve ambitious objectives
• Ease in the use of digital tools
