Scheuchzer SA specializes in the mechanized maintenance of railway tracks. Since 1947, we have designed, built, operated, and maintained our own machines in order to meet the requirements of railway networks in Switzerland and Europe.

In order to strengthen our IT department, we are looking for the following for a mission until July 2027:

Helpdesk IT Technician (M/F) - 100%

Your mission ##

Integrated into the IT department, you contribute to the proper functioning of our IT environment and ensure local support for our employees.

You will notably be required to:

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support and assist users in incident resolution;
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, software, and other IT tools;
• Ensure the management and monitoring of the IT fleet;
• Participate in the administration of users, access rights, and the Microsoft environment;
• Contribute to the proper functioning of the network infrastructure, servers, backup systems, and virtualization;
• Raise awareness and support employees in the correct use of tools and compliance with IT practices;
• Participate in technological monitoring and the continuous improvement of our IT environment.

Your profile ##

• You hold a CFC in IT or benefit from several years of experience in IT support and maintenance;
• You possess good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments;
• You are comfortable with user management and environments such as Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange;
• You have knowledge in networks, servers, Wi-Fi, and virtualization;
• You are familiar with IT backup and deployment solutions;
• Versatile and solution-oriented, you enjoy contact with users and know how to communicate in a clear and accessible manner;
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a good sense of organization and priorities;
• You master French and technical English. German would be an asset.
