What you accomplish
Autonomously manage a portfolio of commercial real estate, mainly composed of Migros centers, as well as some mixed-use and residential buildings.
Be the preferred interlocutor for our tenants, with whom you build relationships of trust: negotiation, drafting and monitoring of leases, management of amendments, extensions and terminations.
Supervise all administrative tasks related to management: invoicing, service charge apportionments, indexation, collection of turnovers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (projects and construction, facility management, accounting, center management) to ensure fluid and aligned management.
Act as a landlord or tenant, with rigor, reliability and a sense of responsibility
Actively contribute to the commercialization of surfaces: searching for tenants, vacancy management, market analysis
What you bring
Education: Federal Brevet
Specialization: Real Estate Management
Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar function Real Estate Management
Mastery of commercial lease law as well as rental management tools (ideally SAP RE-FX).
A good sense of priorities, clear and constructive communication
You know how to take initiative while sharing in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
You perfectly master French and German both in writing and speaking
