To strengthen our service team in the Fontaines region, we are looking for

INDUSTRIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Your tasks - varied and with responsibility:

• Meet our customers' expectations both technically and by ensuring quality customer relations, thereby actively contributing to their satisfaction
• After a training and integration period, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of installations in your geographical area
• Your professionalism and rigor will allow you to carry out your activities in compliance with contractual commitments as well as safety rules regarding property and persons
• A true ambassador of our company image, you will advise your customers, particularly in the context of renovation projects
• You will also provide support to your external sales colleagues in the marketing of installations
• You will periodically provide on-call service

Your profile - technically competent, personally convincing:

• Committed to service quality and endowed with excellent customer relations, you benefit from professional training (with obtaining a CFC) in the field of electricity preferably or another technical trade; training as a combustion controller (ARPEA) or federal diploma is an advantage
• Your team spirit, your commitment and your taste for challenge are assets that will allow you to succeed in your function and evolve within our company
