Within a dynamic team, you are responsible for the development of complex applications and processes. You analyze customer needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure the success of their implementation. Thanks to your technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow, you contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you accompany and assist our customers throughout the project in order to respond optimally to their needs.

• Configurations on ServiceNow with the integration of new modules and applications aimed at enriching client platforms and adapting them to their needs while respecting best practices
• Analysis of needs and proactive elaboration of appropriate solutions aligned with best practices
• Collaboration in a dynamic and agile team environment with short decision-making processes
• High-quality support and advice in all processes with independent measures and specialized knowledge

Your skills

• Technical knowledge of ServiceNow with certifications: Certified System Admin, CIS-ITSM, CIS-x
• Knowledge of databases, programming, or software development
• Experience with agile methods and project management
• Strong customer and service orientation, combined with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
• Flexibility, organized, autonomous with a capacity to work under pressure and good communication skills
• Degree (CFC, Uni, EPF) in the relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Very good command of English and French. German is an asset
