We are looking for our future (80-100% activity): ### Packaging Project Developer (M/F) -- Design and industrialization YOUR MISSION As a true conductor of packaging projects, you ensure the complete follow-up of mandates, from the briefing to the final delivery, including the integrable design of packaging and the technical development of templates. In this capacity, you: * Develop custom packaging, from the initial idea to industrial validation: from simple cartons to the most complex concepts, including assembled boxes, gift sets and shipping solutions. * Translate client needs into high-performance structural solutions * Develop and optimize die-cut templates (2D plans / 3D volumes) taking into account material and production constraints * Create mock-ups and prototypes using our internal tools (cutting table, laser, gluing, assembly, finishing) * Plan project stages (deadlines, costs, quality) in direct contact with clients, our production teams and external partners * Accompany the production launch and ensure technical consistency up to the final product Important note: this position is not intended for graphic designers or pre-press specialists, it is exclusively oriented towards the technical development of packaging. YOUR PROFILE * Training as a packaging technologist, packaging specialist, equivalent or higher training * Proven experience in the technical design of packaging * Mastery of packaging design tools (ArtiosCAD) * Very good knowledge of materials (solid board, corrugated board, special supports), printing and transformation processes * Analytical and creative spirit, solution-oriented * Autonomy, precision and sense of responsibility * Very good command of French and English (mandatory) APPLY NOW Are you interested?
