We are looking for an Architect / Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients, in order to strengthen its teams and ensure the design, monitoring and successful completion of its projects.

Job Description

• Participation in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Preparation of plans and coordination of the different project phases.
• Site supervision and monitoring of the compliance of the achievements.
• Management and coordination of mandatories, companies and partners.
• Preparation and administrative monitoring of project files.

Profile sought

• HES or EPFL Architect with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction standards.
• Mastery of software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Messerli, Word, Excel and ArchiCAD.
• Rigor, autonomy and sense of organization in project management.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
