As part of our industrial specialization, we are supporting a family business in the canton of Neuchâtel, active in surface treatment and watchmaking.

In order to durably strengthen its teams, our partner has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future: Polisher

You will join a human-sized company, recognized for its technical expertise, managerial proximity, and the quality of its achievements.

Your tasks:
Perform the brightening of watch parts
Work on manual machines for the final retouching of parts
Carry out the finishing of products in after-sales service
Perform controls and observations according to defined criteria
Follow the parts and be an actor in the improvement of workshop processes

Your profile:
CFC Termineur en habillage horloger, an asset
Experience of several years in a similar function, notably in polishing, brightening, and satin finishing
Expertise in polishing on gold parts (yellow, grey, rose) and precious materials
Customer orientation, listening skills, and open-mindedness
Autonomy, strong team spirit, versatility, and flexibility
Rigor, sense of organization, consistency, and attendance
