We are looking for a reliable, careful, and autonomous building caretaker to ensure the maintenance and good upkeep of the common areas of a building.

The position is linked to a 3,5-room service accommodation located on the ground floor, with a private terrace.

• Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
• Location: Jean-Pavillard 16, 1009 Pully
• Activity rate: ~ 35 %, to be defined

Your missions

• Cleaning and maintenance of the entrance hall, staircases, elevator cabins (1x per week)
• Dusting and cleaning of handrails and stair windows
• Cleaning of common areas, including notably:
• 2 laundry rooms (1x/week)
• Cellars (1x per month)
• Cleaning and maintenance of the parking lot (1x per month)
• Taking out and bringing in the containers according to the schedule (3x / week) and maintaining the cleanliness of the container rooms
• Regular inspection and cleaning of grates and water drains
• Generally ensuring the cleanliness and good condition of the common areas
• Reporting any damage, malfunctions, or necessary work to the administrator
• Collaborating with the administrator for communication to residents
• Posting notices and information in the spaces provided for this purpose or in the mailboxes
• Ensuring the recharging of laundry cards
• Ensuring compliance with rules concerning posting in the building and opposing unauthorized postings, with the exception of communications from companies intervening in the context of work
• Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, orderly, and pleasant environment for all residents

• Careful and having a good sense of cleanliness
• Autonomous, organized, and versatile
• Having a sense of responsibility
• Comfortable in contacts with residents and the administration
• Capable of identifying and reporting problems quickly
• Demonstrating diplomacy while knowing how to enforce the building rules
• Experience in the field of conciergerie or building maintenance is an advantage
