HES or EPF architect

Introduction

Planigest Sàrl, an architecture office in the District de Morges, is looking for an HES or EPF Architect to join its team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural projects of different scales, from the study phase to realization.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare plans, technical drawings, and the documents necessary for tenders and authorizations.
• Supervise construction sites and ensure work monitoring to guarantee compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure the application of Swiss standards regarding construction and sustainability.

Qualifications

• HES or EPF architect diploma, or equivalent recognized in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in a similar position.
• Excellent mastery of ArchiCAD and Enscape software.
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations regarding construction.
• Team spirit, rigor, autonomy
• Swiss or valid permit
• Driver's license and vehicle owner.
• Immediate start
