Make a difference

• As a member of a management tandem, you assume responsibility for the Genève mail processing logistics center and contribute to the achievement of its operational, human and strategic objectives.
• With your management team, you guarantee a reliable, efficient and customer-oriented service delivery in daily operations.
• You lead, develop and coach the managers reporting to you. You encourage a culture of collaboration, responsibility and dialogue.
• You analyze results, define clear priorities and implement the necessary measures to achieve the agreed objectives, while identifying synergies and potential for optimization. You also ensure high-performance, safe and quality logistics processes throughout the entire sector.
• You steer organizational transformations and actively accompany teams through changes in processes, tools and ways of working.
• You initiate, lead or support projects and working groups related in particular to culture, organization, health, safety, sustainability and service development.
• You are part of the management team of the Ouest service region, contribute to the definition as well as the implementation of its priorities and, as a local interlocutor for Services logistiques, maintain a solid network with internal and external partners while representing the Poste in your sector.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in leading a large-scale operational unit and know how to lead through several levels of responsibility.
• You have completed higher professional training or higher education, ideally in the fields of leadership, logistics, process management or business administration.
• Thanks to your proven experience in change management and project management, you act with an entrepreneurial vision, translate objectives into concrete priorities and assume responsibility for their implementation.
• You consider change as an opportunity, act with courage and open-mindedness in a complex environment and contribute to collective success by developing your teams' skills while embodying the values and behaviors expected of a manager.
• You communicate clearly, convincingly and appropriately to your various interlocutors, including in demanding situations.
• You master Microsoft 365 tools and use data in a targeted manner to steer activity and make decisions.
• You have very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written and you also have good knowledge of German.
