MAIN MISSIONS
During your 3-year training, in the telephone call center, you will be supervised by an in-company trainer and trained by several specialists in order to ensure the link between the cantonal tax administration and taxpayers. Through various communication channels (telephone, email, web, mail, interactive voice response, etc.), you will provide your interlocutors with information, answer questions and complaints in a personalized manner. During your training, you will conduct various types of interviews by telephone depending on the assigned tasks.
