Scheduler M/F at 100%

• CFC Logistics or equivalent * 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in watchmaking, microtechnical industry... * Comfortable using an ERP * Autonomy and priority management * Ability to collaborate transversally and manage pressure * Rigorous and pro-active

IMPERATIVELY AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULING AND LAUNCHING OF WO

• Sequence WO according to priorities and technical constraints + Verify the availability of components, kits and precious material before launching, in connection with the warehouse and procurement + Launch and print WO in Pro Concept + Manage emergencies, reworks and rescheduling, and communicate decisions to the parties concerned

PROGRESS MONITORING AND COORDINATION

• Monitor the progress of WO, the level of work-in-progress and delays, and trigger the necessary actions - coordinate flows with the workshops, the warehouse, procurement, quality and subcontractors - Continuously inform on availability dates and lead time shifts

STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Assemble component kits according to the WO bills of materials * Pick, control and group components by WO/Workshop * Weigh and record the precious material integrated into the kits * Make kits available to the workshops in compliance with the production planning jpid26bd3c0jm jpit0940jm jpiy26jm
