Construction Economist

• Basic training in construction technology or studies in the field of construction and - Experience in construction and project management at the execution, planning and calculation level (preferably in projects in EG - ET * Solid understanding of construction techniques * Autonomous and structured, quality and solution oriented
• Analysis of tender documents and costs for the realization of new projects + Establishment of measurements and quantities + Project budget estimation + Realization of price studies + Establishment of the detailed offer (including descriptions) + Preparation of tender request files + Analysis and comparison of tender returns + Negotiation + Optimization research + Support in the administrative and financial management of projects jpidaa60865jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
