Join ORNERA SA, a family company specializing in high-end watchmaking finishing. We are looking for a person with solid practical experience in quality to support our teams and guarantee product conformity to our customers' requirements.

Your mission

In the heart of the workshops, you will support the production and control teams to guarantee the quality of parts and compliance with customer requirements.

• Provide technical support to the production and control teams and prevent deviations.
• Perform the field controls and audits necessary for the correct application of customer requirements and internal standards.
• Analyze defects, search for their causes with the relevant teams, and follow corrective actions until their closure.
• Ensure the follow-up of quality exchanges with the customers in your perimeter.
• Participate in the updating of control criteria and supports.
• Share your know-how, raise awareness among employees, and propose improvements based on field observations and quality indicators.

Your profile

• Training in the field of quality, technology, or industry, or equivalent practical training.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally in watchmaking or a precision sector.
• Good knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods and problem-solving.
• Field sense, autonomy, and ability to propose solutions.
• Good command of French and standard IT tools.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset.
