Duration #####

• Auxiliary contract for a duration of 6 months

Missions #####

• Collaborate on the definition of specific biodiversity measures, linked to localized projects, in particular projects for the implementation of biological connections
• Promote good practices in terms of biodiversity to various key actors for private space, depending on opportunities
• Participate in advising the SPADOM maintenance teams for management favorable to biodiversity in biotopes and green spaces in the hands of the Ville
• Participate in the coordination of the management of invasive exotic species in the Ville's plots and with private individuals
• Participate in inventories related to the mapping of the ecological infrastructure of Lausanne

Profile #####

• HES Bachelor in nature management or equivalent training
• Practical experience in the maintenance of urban outdoor spaces and/or natural environments (in particular extensive meadows, water bodies and living hedges)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• Marked interest in questions of nature in the city and knowledge of urban natural environments (natural and arboreal heritage, characteristic species)
• Knowledge of the issues in terms of urban biodiversity
• Ease in communication, promotion and support of actors regarding biodiversity
• Autonomous, organized and precise personality, comfortable with coordination tasks
