Team Lead Technical Services & Facility Management As Head of Technical Services, you are responsible for the reliable operation of our technical systems and infrastructure in Ecublens. In doing so, you actively help shape how we make our technology more efficient and reliable. ### What you drive * You are responsible for the reliable operation and high availability of our technical systems through maintenance, inspection, repairs, and preventive maintenance. * You maintain close cooperation with MLR (Migros Logistik Romandie) and internal specialist departments. * You lead, develop, and promote your team in Technical Services and ensure efficient deployment and task planning. * You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work and, if necessary, manage external service providers as well as the procurement of material and spare parts. * You are responsible for the technical infrastructure and facility management and ensure safe and smooth building operations. * You ensure compliance with our safety, quality, and environmental standards and, together with your team, ensure a professional and reliable technical operation. ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: Technology (construction and building technology, electrical engineering, etc.), ideally with NIV 15 (OIBT 15) permit * Professional experience: at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the field of technical operational maintenance * You have completed technical training and ideally further training in the field of operational maintenance, building technology, or facility management. * You bring several years of professional experience in technical operational maintenance and are familiar with technical systems as well as building and house technology. * You have leadership experience and lead your team clearly, respectfully, and practically.
