We are looking for a Sales Administration Logistician (m/f) to strengthen the team of our client, a watchmaking subcontracting company.

Sales Administration Logistician (m/f)

You have a CFC in Logistics or a title deemed equivalent.
Experience desired in the watchmaking sector, you easily master IT tools, invoicing and its Freight documents (indispensable).
Proactive and positive, you are rigorous with good communication and organizational capacity.
Want to take on new challenges? Join us! Perform management of logistical flows, reception, control of watchmaking components, stock entries/exits and data entry on ERP.
Ensure the reliability of physical and IT stocks as well as the processing of movements in ERP, order preparation, picking, management of production orders (OF) and supply of lines.
Order follow-up, establishment of invoices, customer reminders, management of disputes, preparation of Freight documents for CH/Europe transports.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the organization and flows.
