About the role ###

Our client, a large-scale company in Genève, is looking for a project manager to expand its team and support them on key renovation projects.
You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will be trained before quickly taking charge of various needs. For this position, you will have a complete role where you will handle preparations from pre-projects up to the completion of the works, ensuring project management and the coordination of the different trades.
This will be an opportunity for you to manage varied projects by coordinating all stakeholders to guarantee the success of these renovations!

Tasks ##

• Manage pre-project preparations (feasibility studies, technical plans...)
• Be in charge of project management for several renovation or extension projects
• Perform construction monitoring
• Lead external stakeholders and ensure logistical support
• Coordinate the different trades on simultaneous projects

We are looking for ###

• You hold a degree in architecture, civil engineering or any other similar field
• You possess a first or several experiences in project management and project management (maitrise d'ouvrage) in Switzerland
• You master standard IT tools
• You have very good knowledge of SIA standards (a real +)

But above all, you are a person endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working both autonomously and in a team, and who is rigorous as well as solution-oriented. If this description corresponds to you, then this position is made for you!
