Within the secretariat of the immunology and allergology service, currently composed of three medical secretaries, your mission is to autonomously organize and ensure the daily work related to the activity of the assistant physicians as well as the chief physicians and interns of the allergology unit.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills, you welcome, inform, and direct patients presenting in allergology and manage the telephone calls you receive.

While responding to various requests, you successfully and autonomously carry out the administrative activities related to your function, such as the follow-up of patient files, the management of mail and electronic messaging.
You demonstrate proactivity in performing the logistical tasks arising from the life of a secretariat, such as the reception, sorting, distribution and/or follow-up of paper mail and orders, the scanning and archiving of various documents.
Within the team, you develop a close link with your medical secretary colleagues (ensuring continuity of service during absences) as well as with the medical-nursing team. More generally, your sense of service makes you an agile person ready to put your versatility at the service of the institution to work in different services depending on needs.
Qualifications ##
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee and a diploma as a medical secretary, or any training deemed equivalent.
You have successful experience in a similar position within a medical secretariat.

Possessing a good team spirit, you have the capacity to work in a shared office with several secretaries. While having a good sense of organization and priorities, you are an autonomous, rigorous, and precise person in the tasks entrusted to you.
