If you enjoy human relations, a dynamic work environment and a diversity of tasks, you might be our next: E-commerce Sector Manager (M/F) ---------------------------------------- You will ensure the operational, commercial and financial management of our e-commerce and stock management activities, distributed over two sites (Le Mont-sur-Lausanne and Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne). You will benefit from wide autonomy in the management and development of your sector, while ensuring the performance of activities and the quality of socio-professional support. You report directly to the Directeur Exploitation. Contract type: CDI at 100% Location: Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne Main tasks ------------------- * Manage and oversee all e-commerce shop activities, particularly for our clients DeinDeal, , and Swiss ProLine: organization, management of deadlines and resources, monitoring of offers, corrective actions, etc. * Ensure the economic performance of the sector: profitability, establishment and monitoring of budgets, analysis of costs and margins, monitoring of indicators * Participate in commercial development, customer loyalty and development of partnerships. * Supervise, unite and support multi-site teams (distributed over 2 sites, supervising about thirty employees with disabilities), in an environment combining operational requirements and socio-professional mission. * Develop and optimize work processes to guarantee the quality of services, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Get actively involved in daily operations, support teams in the field and contribute to the implementation and optimization of infrastructure, organization and work processes.
