We are recruiting a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our billing activity, support a committed team, and contribute to the creation of our Shared Service Center within a rapidly growing healthcare group.

Your missions #

• Ensure responsibility for billing and accounts receivable activities.
• Guarantee billing in compliance with Swiss regulations (TARDOC, DRG, and VVG).
• Participate in daily operations (billing, collections, monthly closings).
• Design, structure, and develop the Shared Service Center Billing & Accounts Receivable.
• Supervise, support, and develop the team.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, hospitals, medical centers, and internal teams.
• Optimize processes and participate in their digitalization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP systems.
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Very good knowledge of TARDOC, DRG, and VVG.
• Training in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in team management.
• Proficiency in an ERP (Opale is an asset).
• Excellent knowledge of French and English.
• Team spirit and a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
