If you have solid experience in the management of residential and commercial buildings and you enjoy intervening on different portfolios and in various regions, then you are at the right place.

In this versatile function as a mobile real estate manager, you support our real estate managers in the monitoring of properties located in the regions of Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Valais and Genève. What you bring ##

• Support real estate managers in the management of residential and commercial buildings in the cantons of Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Valais and Genève
• Ensure the continuity and quality of real estate management during absences, workload surges, or special situations requiring operational reinforcement
• Carry out move-in and move-out inspections
• Maintain regular contact with tenants, mandated companies, owners, and authorities
• Guarantee the maintenance of buildings and participate in renovation and enhancement projects
• Periodically evaluate the condition of buildings and establish visit reports
• Participate in the preparation of budgets as well as administrative and organizational tasks related to real estate management

Your profile ##

• Completed basic training supplemented by a federal diploma of building manager or training deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience in the management of residential and commercial buildings
• Great flexibility and interest in varied tasks and portfolios
• Excellent command of French, knowledge of German being an asset
• Category B driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable for regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland
• Good command of MS Office tools, knowledge of Garaio REM an advantage
• Service and client-oriented personality, autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented
