Have you obtained your CFC as a commercial employee less than a year ago and wish to acquire your first significant professional experience?

For our client, a recognized state-owned company in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for several motivated young graduates to start their careers within a modern and stimulating environment.

Your missions
------------

• Ensure the processing of telephone calls.
• Manage correspondence, emails and various administrative tasks.
• Enter, check and update different data.
• Ensure quality service to internal and external interlocutors.
• Participate in the smooth administrative functioning of the organization.

Your profile
------------

Mandatory criteria

CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training

Graduated for less than one year

Excellent command of French (minimum C1 level mandatory)

Very good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level mandatory)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Comfort with IT tools and the Internet

Interest in administrative work and customer contact

Ability to work independently

Good resistance to stress and sense of organization

Team spirit and service orientation
