La Fondation MalleyPrairie manages the Lausanne and Morges Reception Centres, accommodation sites for women victims of family and/or domestic violence, with or without child(ren), the Centre Prévention de l'Ale, a space dedicated to persons using violence, the MalleyPrairie childcare centres, as well as various local support services with outpatient consultations. In Morges, its Reception Centre offers both secure accommodation for 10 women without children, as well as outpatient follow-ups. In order to complete the team of the Morges Reception Centre, we are currently looking for: A PSYCHOSOCIAL INTERVENTION WORKER at 60% or 80% CDI Main missions: - Welcome and support women within a secure residential framework - Offer individualized psychosocial follow-up - Support residents in the administrative, legal, and social aspects of their situation aiming for the autonomy of the persons - Ensure shifts during the day, evening, and weekend - Regularly perform administrative tasks inherent to the follow-up of beneficiaries - Participate in various tasks related to the management and maintenance of the centre - Ensure replacements amounting to 10% over the year Required profile: - Graduate in social work HES-SO or ES (recognition by SEFRI for foreign diplomas) or deemed equivalent according to the CCT of the Vaudois parapublic sector (Class 17-20) - Minimum 5 years of experience in the social field, ideally related to violence - Mastery of interview techniques, writing facility, and good administrative skills - Motivation to join a small team - Ease in setting a framework and managing potential tensions inherent to community life - Good resistance to stress and emergency work - Very good knowledge of the Vaudois socio-sanitary network - Comfortable with administrative work - Systemic training an asset We offer: - Motivating, demanding, and diversified work within a small team - Team supervisions and continuous training - 6 weeks of annual vacation - Salary and working conditions according to the Vaudois social parapublic CCT - Easy access via public transport Start date: quickly or to be agreed upon Workplace: Morges Application deadline: 25 September 2026 Please specify the desired activity rate.
