Technical Referent French-speaking Switzerland / Project Manager (Permanent 80–100 %)

The group formed by Truninger-Plot24 and Copytrend brings together two leading Swiss players and holds a leading position in printing, plotting, signage solutions, and integrated digital services.
To strengthen our organization in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Technical Referent French-speaking Switzerland / Project Manager (80–100 %)
Position based in Lausanne
You will progressively become our technical point of contact of reference in French-speaking Switzerland, supporting our sales teams, our clients, and our production teams.
Your responsibilities

• Accompany our KAMs during client meetings requiring technical expertise.
• Analyze needs, identify suitable solutions, and coordinate their implementation.
• Take charge of the technical and operational follow-up of projects.
• Develop mastery of our digital solutions and collaborative platforms, and support their deployment to clients.
• Coordinate projects by relying on the skills of our production teams.
• Act as the technical relay in French-speaking Switzerland for the teams based in Zurich and facilitate the deployment of new solutions.
• Participate in projects related to the evolution of our equipment, solutions, and processes.

Your profile

• Very good command of French and German, indispensable.
• Comfortable with digital tools and technical environments.
• Autonomous, pragmatic, and oriented towards solutions and results, you like to understand problems, take initiatives, and move projects forward.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with real ease in client interactions and teamwork.
• You move with ease in a technical or digital environment; knowledge of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), PRINT, or ADVERTISING sectors is an asset.
• Desire to progress and progressively take on more responsibilities.
