Quality Technician M/F Canton de Neuchâtel Watchmaking / Microtechnique sector

Job description ###

• Be the Operational Quality point of contact with internal and external partners
• Manage non-conformities (NC) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Guarantee the proper functioning of Operational Quality processes
• Establish, analyze and communicate Quality KPIs
• Lead NC / CAPA follow-up meetings
• Create and maintain control ranges and quality documents
• Guarantee product validations with customers
• Ensure follow-up of aesthetic criteria and training in inspection
• Conduct internal audits and participate in customer or certification audits
• Train and raise awareness of employees regarding quality requirements

Profile ###

• Technician training, HES Engineer in microtechnique or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar function
• Experience in watchmaking casing or subcontracting, a real asset
• Mastery of problem-solving tools
• Experience in conducting internal audits
• Good mastery of Office tools
• Knowledge of a GPAO and Access, an asset
• Experience in an ISO 9001 environment, a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Analytical and synthesis skills
