What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating:
You follow the various collections (BVR and CCP management), the reminder and legal procedures up to the accounting of bad debts
You negotiate and validate payment plans with clients
You actively participate in the evolution and adaptations of processes related to the professions within the framework of various company projects
You inform our affiliates/insured persons about social insurances in general
What you bring to HOTELA:
You benefit from a CFC-type training or deemed equivalent, as well as experience in a litigation department
You have a taste for numbers and possess a keen interest in social insurances. Furthermore, you are comfortable using office tools, knowledge of the collecta program is an asset
You are comfortable in contacts both by telephone and by correspondence
You are a native French or German speaker and benefit from a very good knowledge of the other language (German language minimum level B2-C1)
You demonstrate autonomy while knowing how to work in a team. You have a sense of priorities and detail
Dynamic and flexible, you are comfortable in human contacts and know how to create a relationship of trust with your various interlocutors
