Operations Technician (M/F)

Your mission:

As part of the reinforcement of its teams, our client is looking for an Operations Technician (M/F). As a true technical support for the teams, you contribute to the proper functioning and performance of the workshop, while actively participating in the improvement of products, processes, and production means.

Activities:

• Guarantee the operational availability and proper functioning of production means and tooling.
• Provide technical support to the production teams and contribute to their support and training.
• Participate in the qualification of new products and the commissioning of new production means.
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of quality deviations in collaboration with the various stakeholders concerned.
• Lead working groups aimed at improving workshop performance and ensure effective communication with the various actors.
• Propose and lead continuous improvement projects related to products and processes.
• Participate in the monitoring and analysis of workshop performance indicators.

Your profile:

• Holder of an ES Technician diploma or a HES Engineer diploma, ideally in mechanics or microtechnics.
• Good command of IT tools related to the monitoring and management of workshop performance (ERP, production management tools).
• Strong interest in field work, technology, and continuous improvement projects.
• Rigor, autonomy, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
• Good animation, listening, analysis, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team.
