Your mission:

On behalf of our client, an industrial company well established in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a bilingual French / German Industrial Buyer to strengthen its team and ensure the management and monitoring of purchases related to its activity.

Your mission

• Manage the purchase of raw materials, components, and supplies necessary for production
• Search for, select, and evaluate suppliers in Switzerland and abroad
• Negotiate prices, purchase conditions, deadlines, and delivery conditions
• Monitor orders and ensure compliance with supply deadlines
• Ensure the monitoring and updating of supplier and article data in the ERP
• Participate in cost optimization and the improvement of purchase conditions
• Collaborate closely with the production, logistics, quality, and technical teams
• Handle any disputes or problems related to orders and deliveries
• Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with suppliers

Your profile:

Your profile

• CFC as a commercial employee, ideally supplemented by training in purchasing, procurement, or the industrial field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in the metallurgical industry / metalworking is a real asset
• Fluent / bilingual French and German, both spoken and written
• Good command of standard IT tools and ideally an ERP
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent commercial sense
• Organized, rigorous, autonomous person with a good team spirit
• Ease in contact with suppliers and various internal interlocutors
• Sense of responsibility and ability to manage several files simultaneously
