Logistics and Weighing Technician (m/f) - Genève

For our biotech production site and headquarters in Meyrin, we are looking for a Logistics and Weighing Technician (m/f). In this position, you report to the Warehouse Team Leader and your mission consists of ensuring the logistics operations of the warehouse as well as the weighing activities of raw materials intended for production, in compliance with quality, safety, and traceability requirements.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Receive, control, identify, store, and ensure the traceability of raw materials, finished products, consumables, and other goods
• Record receipts and stock movements in the ERP and guarantee data reliability
• Prepare, pack, and make available sales orders and supplies intended for production
• Perform internal transport and deliveries between buildings, departments, and production areas
• Guarantee the concordance between physical and computerized stocks and respect FEFO rules
• Prepare the raw materials and equipment necessary for weighing operations
• Perform weighing operations in accordance with manufacturing records and current GMP procedures
• Ensure the entry, verification, and traceability of data associated with weighing operations
• Maintain work areas and equipment in good working order and report any anomaly or non-conformity
• Participate in continuous improvement, team versatility, and the practical training of new employees

To successfully carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

• CFC in logistics or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics with a focus on receiving, storage, and order preparation activities; ideally in the pharmaceutical industry (or regulated environment)
• Good knowledge of GMP/BPF and GDP/BPD requirements
• Good command of standard office tools (Ms Office) and ERP systems (Sage X3 an asset)
• Native French speaker or perfectly fluent level; English knowledge appreciated
• Holder of a forklift license and a driver's license
